Meat Processing
The guide fee of $50 a day includes the following:
- Removing the bison from the field
- Gutting, skinning, and quartering the bison meat
- Refrigeration of the bison meat until your departure
For a nominal additional charge, we can also offer full processing of your meat. This service includes:
- De-boning of all bison meat
- Slicing of steaks, chops, and roasts
- Individual wrapping, vacuum packing, and put in walk in cooler
If you do not want to take the bison meat, we can donate the meat to a local charity in your name for possible tax write-offs (check with your personal tax accountant to see if you qualify.)
